Dr. Latha Madhavan, MD, a graduate of Meharry Medical College in Nashville TN, completed her residency at UCLA/San Fernando based at the Sepulveda VA Hospital. Currently working as an emergency room psychiatrist within the UCLA Medical center. She is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Psychiatric Association. Dr. Latha says, “She is honored to be part of Help for Heroes, together we will help many!”

Vincent was a high school Junior in Palmdale when 9/11 happened. Shortly after graduating Vincent Enlisted in the U.S. Army. After 6 years, Vincent started his path in healthcare initially being a LVN and eventually getting his RN, BSN, PHN. At the moment Vincent is actively pursing a Family Nurse practitioner degree. A person served the country and now his community.
Emad Maadarani
Nurse Practitioner
Emad Maadarani, is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner who began his career by graduating from California State University Northridge with his Bachelor’s in Biology. From there he focused in healthcare and graduated from the nursing program at Antelope Valley College were he spent the next six years training at Antelope Valley Medical Center and other top tier hospitals in providing optimal care for patient’s suffering from both acute and chronic illnesses. Emad completed his Bachelor’s in Nursing from California State University Fullerton and his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree at United States University. His clinical background includes comprehensive training in acute care management and chronic disease management, which allows him to handle a wide range of urgent medical needs effectively.
